As I was doing my daily inspection of my Tiger's tank he came romping up to me like normal, which is went I noticed a small lump on his tail. I assumed at first some of his poop has gotten stuck on him (he has a bad habit of pooping in his water bowl so I do regular changes). I rubbed it with a qtip and it was a hard! I've immediately got him on paper towel quarantine away from my American Toad and Leopard Gecko. Picture included. I am worried it's a bacterial infection or possibly a tumor.

I noticed an even smaller bump on his head of a similar color and make-up. I have not lanced either one. He is kept in a 10 gal with a variety of heights of substrate to achieve a humidity gradient up to 5 inches down to 2 inches. I try to keep the environment at 70% humidity along with a freely accessable water bowl as well as dry spots so he can regulate. I just changed up his enclosure not too long ago so his water bowl was more easily accessible and he didn't have to walk as far. Am I keeping the tank too humid? He also has springtails in his enclosure.
