Avid Newt enthusiast here almost 25 yrs
At this time I have a just a few my two Spanish newts are doing great together for the past 3 maybe 4 yrs except the male feeds less than the female and is noticeably thinner these days. There are not territorial issues going on he just takes his time to eat while the other gobbles up food. There will be enough for both he just takes his time and after a few days.
Sometimes I seperate them for feeding but don't want to do this long term.
Any thoughts on how to beef him up?
