Heh, poor worm. Very beautiful shots and beautiful Marms.

Great looking juveniles! Nice to see another frog in this caudate world ;)

However. LeV I hope you are aware that T. marmoratus (like all the native caudate species) is a protected species in France and that capturing and keeping it (even CB individuals) is unlawful (this will break my heart if I move back to France as i would have ot let go of my marms and fire sals :( ).

Yes I recently learned that fact. That's why I will sell my marmoratus gang within a few days ! I'm a bit disapointed !
The babies showed on these pics are from two differents origins, they were all captive bred in Austria and in Portugal.

If they were CB in Portugal, i´d say they are doubly illegal. I´m not exactly sure what the Portuguese laws are (specially since i thought i knew the spanish ones but seems we were all wrong), but it´s likely that they are ilegal to keep there..so the person who bred them might have been against the law.
Before you get rid of them, ask the local authorities. If France is anything like spain, the law changes between regions and some allow keeping CB stock.

Hello Azhael,

no unfortunately France isn't like Spain, we've got a centralized political Authority for such subjects. And these are applicable on the whole territory..
I confess to not known about the situation in Portugal.
I have to make a reason and find a Keeper that will be able to take care of these beauties !! :(

Thats too bad they are certainly beautiful. Good luck finding a good home. I wish I was closer...

I wish I was closer. Those guys are real beauties! Sorry you have to get rid of them. I hope you find a good person within the law.
