this is a really good plant i have it in my aquarium and it working very well. Use it newts because it grows fast, thick, it removes waste from the water, they're is just like little lily pad, and they are good hiding places for the newts and their larvae
 
Hi, If you're in Britain please be very careful with Pennyworts. The native marsh pennywort is fine but is unlikely to be on sale. The US species Floating Pennywort (Hydrocotyle ranunculoides) is a very invasive pest in the UK. Use it in your tank by all means, but never ever release it into the wild as it will smother aquatic habitats, including amphibian habitats.
