Normal colouring called iridophores - crystallised purines - that are present in wildtypes and golden albinos.

Auntiejude thanks so much for the quick response. I got some clearer pics but my internet is slow at the moment and won't let me post them. I'm glad that it's nothing out of the ordinary. Now that you mention it, seeing the new pics I took with the flash on it does have a goldish tint. Is it common good it to spread? It was only a few spots the other day, now it's more. The pics I've posted were from the second day I noticed it. Once I can I'll post the new pics, about 4 or 5 days later, it looks like a few more popped up.

Here's the pic. Lol it finally let me upload:crazy:

Well, isn't he just beautiful?!

It's very common for an axolotls colouring and markings to change in his or her lifetime.

As time goes on you will be more comfortable with what is normal change and what is a concern.

Enjoy seeing your little one grow and change ^_^

Thanks so much. Yeah I remember when I first got her , her tail was so much darker. Then I started freaking out thinking something was wrong but it was just that it was growing I guess cause she's fine. Eating fine. Active. Growing. Everything is all good then. Such a relief. Thanks again guys. :)
