Metamorphosis axolotl

Hi everyone,

I bought an axolotl a few eeks ago with 2 of his sisters and 1 brother. Did all the right things in how to take care of them but it looks like this one is changing: more white spots on legs and tail, gills are getting smaller but it doesn't appear to be stressed or sick. No curl in tail, no fungus and is eating normally.
Any tips on how to proceed?

Could you post photos? What are the parameters for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, PH and temperature?
