Well, friends, judging from the weather forecast of 45 and heavy rain around dusk tomorrow in Southern Michigan and Northern Ohio, and the ground finally thawed out, I'd say that the great salamander movements will occur tomorrow night here in the North. I'm headed out in the direction of Ann Arbor and Jackson tomorrow to try to catch it. Good luck to all the field herpers out there!
