So not salamanders or newts or anything, i just need this to be seen quickly and this seems to be a pretty active forum. Any way my american toad marble im afraid has mites i was just doing a self vet check up wich i do on all my pets a few times a month to check bearded dragons for growths and start of diseases like yellow fungas or mouth rot or my leopard gecko for stuck shed ect... and i saw this small, to small to take a picture, spider like creature under marbles (my toad)arm i didnt realize what it was so i just brushed it off and continued with my day i now realize this was a mite a day later and im getting worried thats the only one i saw but im worried it might have eggs somewhere. What would you do for a salamander with mites also marble is an american toad (Bufo americanus)

They're probably just living on the substrate and not on the toad - mites are not a typical ectoparasite on amphibians. When this happens it's often an indicator that the substrate needs to be changed. Also, sorry you didn't get a response at the time.
