Moreton is unwell

Moreton, my ten year old female axolotl has brownish black patches on her belly??, she has yellowish blotches in a couple of places (which can happen with age) and I am concerned that she may have a tumour or growth in her mouth. She is a bit lethargic and not interested in food. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I live in Queensland Australia.
