Mosquito larve?

Howdy, I found some bugs in the water yesterday. I am fairly sure they are mosquito larve. There is not much, maybe like 9 or ten of them. From what I understand, they are okay to have, and they will be nutritional for the newts. I have 3 cynops orientals in a 20 gallon. Any input would be nice!
 
They are excellent newt food. Cynops enjoy hunting down this kind of prey. The only problem is that if any hatch out, you've got mosquitoes in your house
