What kind of live moss can i use to create sort of a carpet on the land area for my fire bellies? Something that can cling to rocks, gravel, and flower pots. Also what kind of moss can be used on the land areas as well as in the water?

I've heard Java moss mentioned quite a bit, can this moss live on both land and water? I'm lookin for one that carpet some areas in the dry portion of the tank, that can also go into the water a bit to provide a smooth transition between the land and water.

thanks alot

Java moss will live fine above water so long that they air is very humid.

cool thanks, you think I can pick up some java moss at most pet stores or aquariums?
