Mouth growth? Not fungus..

Has anyone encountered this weird fang-like growth on any of your axolotls mouths? I saw this when feeding today. If you look closely her bottom lip in the middle is almost bubbly and she has 2 identical growths on her upper lip resembling fangs. It seems to be soft tissue as they do move when I feed her. I didn’t notice this at the last feeding 2 days ago. I’m so confused

should be fine provided it doesn't hinder feeding, due to it being identical on both sides it is unlikely due to injury but should be monitored as additional swelling may require antibiotics.
