My 4 month old Axie has swollen bits!

Hi guys.

I have a problem with my Axolotl, Clive.

He has developed these two large lumps under his crotch area and immediately I assumed this was a swollen cloaca. However, his back feet seem to have gone all manky and covered in what I can only assume is dead skin?

Please see attached pictures.

The lumps also appear to have strange triangles of dead skin on them too, the lumps are also separated and look to be showing a pinky flesh inside. I'm really worried and can't find any explanation anywhere.
