If you have access to a vet in your area, I would suggest taking her for a consultation. She looks very bloated and I believe needs urgent veterinary attention. There may be a bacterial infection going on and could potentially have kidney damage or going into organ failure. Here is a link that may help

Caudata Culture Articles: Bloat

Wishing all the best.

That looks like edema to me. The body is having a hard time balancing fluids and the animal becomes swollen and puffy with excess water. I think it would be a good idea to get it to a vet. It could be a sign of a bad infection or organ failure. Soaking it in a solution like amphibian Ringers might help draw out some of the water and reduce swelling, which should make him more comfortable, but it won't fix the problem that caused the edema in the first place.

I'm by far no expert at Axolotl illnesses, but I see that your profile picture has gravel in the tank, could that have had something to do with causing the bloat?

In the photos one of her front legs looks to be very red...? Bacterial infection that has become systemic

gravel was 2 years ago in the tank, now there is sand

i visited one of the best vet in Moscow, he said it is AEROMONAS, and may be terminal phase
advised Ringers solution, baths 10 minuts daily,
furocemide injections 0.06ml daily
baytril injections 0.03ml daily

so it is the 2nd day of treatment, no visible changes so far

She is adorable! Hopefully she will respond to the antibiotics. Best wishes!

Hoping all the best and that she responds to the medications. Thank you for keeping us updated. She is a very beautiful axolotl.

today she was much more active during the baths in Ringer's solution
and responded to injections (with her reaction on pain ?)
my fingers crossed

:( I am very sorry she did not pull through.
