Hello! I have noticed these black markings start to develop about a month ago but now they have become very predominant. I am unsure if I should be worried so I am currently tubbing my axolotl with 100% water changes daily. Water is treated with prime and kept between 64-66 degrees Fahrenheit. I have been thinking of going to the vet but I would prefer not to spend the money unless I knew something was wrong. I preformed a few tea baths and the black that was on the tail is almost completely gone, but I still included the picture for reference. Is this normal? thank you

This could be a fungal infection or just beauty marks.

Firstly,
what are your tank parameters?
Ammonia:
Nitrite:
Nitrate:
pH:
Temperature:

What water conditioner are you using to dechlornate the water and is your tank cycled? Is the axolotl housed with any other axolotls or is kept by itself?

I have noticed the black has been subsiding since preforming tea baths so I have confirmed that it is not natural coloring because it would not had subsided. I am now assuming it is some sort of bacterial or fungal infection. My axolotl is living alone and currently tubbed due to the possible infection. I preform 100% daily water changes so I do not measure perimeters. I keep the temprature usually around 66 degrees fahrenheit. I declorinate the water using seachem prime. I have attached an updated photo. Thank you!
