My Axolotl has a hard time walking on floor

So I just my Axolotl around 2 days ago and when I came home from work my Axolotl was just on the surface(Now I heard sometimes they just like to do that so I just accidentally scared him down) when he went down it looked like he had no trouble at all going down but a bit later he looked like he had a hard time walking and kept curling his tail as if he was stressed about something. I don’t know if I am just overeating or what but below is a few bits of information that might help.Thank you in advance
