My axolotl is sick! Please help!

My axolotl is ill. He has some strange tumor near his front right leg.I already visited the vet, but he could not help me because he does not know anything about axolotls. I put my axolotl in my fridge. He has been there for one week but it did not help. Please, help! I am attaching a photo of my axolotl.

Even if your vet knows little about axolotls, they should still be able to assess the lump. Find a vet willing to take a sample and determine what the lump is. That will dictate the best course of action. It could be anything from a tumor, an injury, a cyst, parasites, etc.

Your axie is quite thin, what are you feeding it?Earthworms are best and their tummy should be as wide as their head, if it isnt, feed them more
If you dont have any earthworms, Axie pellets or salmon pellets are good.
