Hello, thank you for reading.

I am desperate for help, I’ve tried scouring the web for answers but I haven’t found a solution. I recently got a new 75 gal tank for my axolotl and things were going great until I moved her. She hasn’t eaten in about 2 weeks, but I suspect that she’s eaten the ghost shrimp that were going to be her tankmates as I cannot find any of the 4 I put in…they are also very hard to find. So, it’s hard to know.
Any earthworm, however, she will snap at and spit out. I’ve tried cutting them into smaller pieces but same results. I’ve tested the water parameters but they all seem normal. I cycled the tank for two weeks, or at least I believe I have, but I’m newer to the hobby so please let me know if I’m wrong. These are my water parameters:
64 F
0 Ammonia
Low hardness
0 Nitrate
0 Nitrite
7.4 ph
80 KH
Is this stress from moving? I’ve read that this is only supposed to last at max a week. I need help, I’m very worried. The only thing that’s been reassuring me is that she still looks plump and cute and explores the tank like she did in her old one.
Any ideas?
(Sorry my photo is dark. She’s hard to get photos of).

how did you cycle the tank?
how large are the water changes?
looking at the parameters either the tank isn't cycle or you tested after a large water change or you are using test strips that aren't sensitive enough.
the tank will not be cycled in two weeks unless an establish filter is used.
the hardness is low look into using holtfreters solution go to Axolotls - Requirements & Water Conditions in Captivity for more details.
if the tank was cycled using the normal/standard method you would have had very low ph because of the lack of water hardness.
the water needs to be tested using a freshwater liquid test kit.
her tail tip is showing some red so something is annoying/stressing her.

Thank you, this is helpful.
I had put in some of my old tank water to hopefully jumpstart the process, but I'm guessing it likely did not. I will tub her and start again. I'll also look into Holtfreder's.

Another suggestion would be to blanch the worms before feeding. Stressed worms give out a scent that axolotls don't like.
