I don't know if this is fungus, disease or nothing to worry about, so I just want to make sure that if I don't treat and she won't become really sick.

It's not stringy, its just looks like her tail lost pigmentation. She is in a 20 long turtle tank by herself. She had it when I picked her up from her mom's it doesn't seem to be growing in size. Her tank is 68. Voracious appetite still. She is 11".

Should I be worried? Or what should I do.

Don't worry! It just looks like its tail is starting to grow back.
