Hi there,
So for the last 2 days our axies throat began to swell. We looked at the forums here and seen it's usually not a good sign.
Where we live there is no exotic vet that can look after him soon.
We did a full parameter check, all is perfect. Did a 60% water change etc and noticed when put in the colder water he started to "gag"
Turns out there's something in his throat. He can't eat because of it. It looks nearly like a shiny film when he opens his mouth wide trying to expel it.
There is absolutly nothing in the tank he could have eaten that would get stuck, im very careful with that.
My question is, is there any way for me to remove this object from his throat? He doesn't like to be handled and as I said there's no exotic vet here to do it for me.
