I have a bunch of marble salamanders that i raised from eggs, did great in the water would eat everyday, if i fed them that much. just came out of the water and now they won't eat anything and i have around 20 of them, and not a one will eat. tried, chopped and small earth worms, small crickets and pinheads, blood worms in a little bit of water and on land, fruit flies, wax worms and chopped up wax worms, small random bugs i found out side and even cut up axolotl pellets in and out of the water, since they ate it while they still had gills. any suggestions i do not want them to die after raising them for so long. it has been a few days now and none have eaten.

You're offering the right foods, just give it a few more days. Morphing is stressful on them and it takes them a few days to settle down and eat, roughly around a week for my guys to start eating. What kind of setup do you have them in now?

I had them all in a 20 long at first, since they all lived together in the water I thought it wouldn't matter. No I have some of them in different smaller tanks by themselves, and a few in the still in the 20 long. I have about 2 inches of moist sandy dirt on the bottom a piece of slate with live moss growing on it, some moss on the side and a peace of bark. They mainly hide under the slate and bark. In the small tanks I have the same basic thing about 2 inches of dirt, a little moss and a peace of bark.
