Neurergus strauchii barani aquatic or terrestrial?

Soon I will hopefully be getting Neurergus strauchii barani and at the moment I cannot decide whether to keep them aquatic all year round or terrestrial out of the breeding period?

I personally would choose aquatic. Newts seem to become bolder when kept aquatic.
