Hi , I just got this new tiny ( like 2-3 inches) leucistic Axolotl last night avd the poor thing won’t eat at all! I’ve tried frozen bloodworms and a tiny chunk of night crawler but it won’t touch either. Can anyone help me figure out what and how to feed the little guy? Or let me know if it’s normal?

Water parameters

Hey, I don't own any of these guys but, a rule of thumb for salamanders in general is that it sometimes takes them a while to get comfortable with their new environment and won't eat for the first few days or so. Be patient with the little dude/dudette.

Maybe the foods you are feeding it are a bit too big for its mouth. It's generally recommended that baby axies start off with brine shrimp, which are tiny and easier to fit in their mouth and digest. They also contain a lot of protein, so it's all good.
