Hello there my name is Sarah I am 23 year old college student, that absolutely loves keeping pets (and most of them being exotic) I have been looking into possibly getting a single Spotted Salamander for a little while now. I don't really have a tank that is big enough to house one as of right now but, I would in a little while. I actually had a question about that, I have heard from different parties that 15g can work and 20g if I could and since I am only planning on housing one I would like to get a 15g if at all possible but if its highly recommended by people to put them in 20s then I will look into getting that instead. I just don't really have a ton of space to put tanks and so the more space saving tanks I can use the better.
I am not really looking into getting this guy, for a while probably for at least a good four weeks or so, I was also wondering where would be a good place to get a Salamander do pet stores you usually carry them? should I ask some of my local pet shops if they can special order in one for me? any advise would be great.
