New to Newts

I am 25, a grad student in Texas and working for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. I only recently was turned on to Herps, amphibians in particular. I currently have three tiger salamanders and I am rehabbing a bull snake who was run over at least twice. I am interested in all semi-aquatic newts and salamanders native to North America. Not that others don't interest me but, I am against exotic introductions.

Welcome to the forum, James. You're in good tiger salamander country there in Canyon. I will probably be out in that neck of the woods after the next big rain storm.
