Hi everyone looking to buy the book
(Threatened Newts and Salamanders who Guidelines for Conservation Breeding) can anyone point me in the wright direction, thanks in advance

Hi, dartfrog.co.uk were selling it, or try searching with the isbn number on Amazon.

This is a lovely book.....worth every penny. I think I got mine at one of the BAKS meeting, via Dartfrog.

I agree with Julia, its a fantastic book, worth the money for sure. Try looking on ebay, that's where i got mine at it was the cheapest price i could find (though it is only a dollar cheaper than dartfrog.co.uk).

So this book is available in English? I thought it was only a German language book, and my 3 semesters of German 20 years ago have not stuck with me in the least...

If its not available in English, than Julia and Seth I am way impressed you speak German! (I am always impressed/ envious of others who speak more than 1 language - which I think is the majority of the caudata.org community, if not the world)

It is available in English. I don't speak German, though i would like to!

Well, in that case on my Amazon wish list it goes :)

Be careful. I am looking into getting this book as well, and some sellers list the language as German in the Amazon marketplace. Amazon doesn't sell it themselves, so buyer beware. I am going to buy it directly from the publisher. I have been in contact with their customer service, this is the link to order the proper edition.

Threatened Newts and Salamanders of the World - Captive Care Management

I cannot wait for this beauty to arrive for my library. With the weak Euro, it's $90US shipped!

I envy any one that can speak more than one language.
I work with some 4-5 year old children where English is their second language.... and some of them speak a third .
The book is printed also in English, so when looking do check.

I just received my copy in the post today!
I only had a quick flick through it, but we're going to the coast for a few days so I won't be bored if the rain traps us in the van. :)

I have this book also, It is probably one of the best I have read so far.
I did flick through the Sparreboom book at Gersfeld, It looks amazeing !! I just cant afford it right now :(
