No faces and J's hatchlings

How many of you breeders get no faces and J's in your batch of hatched eggs? What do you do with them? Pic's below show a no face and a J/curved tail.

If no face includes no mouth, they won't last long. I suspect all the deformed ones won't last long, either die or be eaten by their cohort.

What exactly is a "no face"? I mean I can obviously see it has no face..... but what causes it? Just a genetic deformation?

Looks like the pinhead mutation. Basically a craniofacial deformity that means they can't feed properly.
The J shaped ones may have a spinal deformity. Some may survive, most won't.
