No tank mates buuuut

So I know that there should be no other tank mates but just as a thought provoking question how about dwarf sirens? They are peaceful. Have small teeth and reach approximate length of an axolotl . Would you think they are comparable? The only issue I see would be that sirens like it slightly warmer but can be happy in upper 60s as can axolotl
 
I've never kept dwarf sirens, but they look like a great meal for an Axolotl to me. If it fits in their mouth, they will eat it. Length isn't really an issue, they'll just suck it right down. Also, compromising on the habitat for either species is beneficial to neither. Its not fair to keep either species in the edge of their temperature tolerance just because someone thinks it would look cool to keep species together. You should strive to provide each species you choose to keep with the closest conditions to the species ideal that you can.
