Recently i got a huge quantity of terrestrial moss for a very cheap price , i didn't pay too much attention in the garden shop , but looks like the various "moss sheet" are full of pine needle or something similiar. I was reading on caudata culture that pine should be avoided , so i'm very concerned about using this in my tubs...

Any advice?
i have some picture so you can see what i mean , wich is better than my broken english...
thanks in advance

Ah, yes, that particular moss also grows in large sheets in pine forests around here. I´ve used some in the past that my former room-mate used to collect. What i did was remove the largest pieces by hand and by shaking the moss sheets and for the smaller stuck pieces, i found that thoroughly rinsing it in water got rid of most of it. Whatever small pieces are left behind shouldn´t be a problem.

Azhael is right. I've collected and used this stuff for years without any issues.
