Lovely newts, and nice to see the feeding method.
 
Very healthy looking newts you have there. Looks like one of them could go aquatic any day now.;)

Do you have pictures of their enclosure?
 
Nice notos! I feed my efts in basically the same way. I love it when they all pop out of hiding to come eat.
