Its throat has been swollen for about 3-4 days now. The other two N. viridescens in the same tank were not infected, but I disinfected the tank anyway. I've kept it refrigerated since I saw the bloat. What can I do at this point?

I had a LTC Noto develop the same issue after a heat wave. I posted about it here:

http://www.caudata.org/forum/f46-be...loated-throat-ltc-noto-v-v-advice-needed.html

The most likely cause seemed to be kidney damage caused by high temperatures but this was never confirmed. The animal died several days after I posted the thread. Not sure I have any helpful advice for you as it seems to be a symptom that only show up once its too late. Isolating and fridging it are good steps, I hope it clears up for you.
