Ocean nutrition instant baby brine shrimp

This product is similar to getting cubes of frozen daphnia - an ideal food, but non-live, non-moving. I would expect some caudate larvae (some species) would eat this food, but it would be less successful that having live food.

I too would like to know if anyone has tried this.

yes, me it is enough good I use him/it from well four years for my larvas as the frozen chironomus, always of the same brand. the main point is after having used them to make small partial changes of water. These products pollute a little.

I think what we are trying to ascertain is whether or not newly hatch salamander larvae will eat these dead nauplii instead of live ones which move on their own.

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
