Ok to have axolotls with Zebra Danios?

Is it ok to put my two four inch axolotls with some adult zebra danios? I don't wan't injury to my axies but I don't know what to do with the Danios. Any Ideas? I can take them back to the store for a refund but I'm not sure what to do in the mean time. They Axolotls seem to small to eat them.

So far they are leaving each other alone.

Bring the danios back to the store. Sooner or later, they will be lunch, even though danios are pretty fast. Plus, you never know what parasites they could carry and pass to your axolotl once eaten.

I'm assuming you are keeping the tank at axolotl temperatures, not tropical fish temperatures, correct? (I'm asking since you have tropical fish in the tank, although zebra danios can tolerate cooler water.) If not, drop the temperature.

I believe parasites/disease can be spread even if just kept in the same tank.
