Optimal temperature for african nightcrawlers?

Hello I was wondering if anyone knows the optimal temperature for african nightcrawlers.
My house is 78 degrees year round but I can always find a way to heat up or cool down.

I'd assume they do well at "room temps", I did a quick google search and most sites said 70-85 degrees so you should be fine
