Outdoor Enclosure in Maryland?

Would this work? I have a good spot to put a tank that would be under a pine tree with has a considerable shaded area that is cooler than the rest of the yard. Obviously I would have to keep specie that live in the area. What suggestions do you have for a newt/sal that would be able to live in my area?

I was thinking red-backed salamanders (P. cinereus) or Marbled Salamanders(A. Opacum). Does anyone know if this would work?

I think either one would be great. But I really like the Plethodon cinereus.
