Parasite help

[Mass Murdering Waddle]

So I put up a post about my axolotl being sick and it turns out she still has parasites, I have meds from the vet to treat her but I don't know what to put in the tank to kill the parasites but also wont hurt my slime children. The parasites a protozoa.
