Please help- axolotl with distended belly

Someone please help me find a solution for this poor girl. She has a hard, distended belly that has gradually gotten worse over a couple weeks. Originally, I thought she was gravid because she was not eating and huge. Now… obviously that is not the case, as she has not eaten in over two weeks and keeps getting larger. I really don’t know what to do for her, parameters of tank are good. Water temp is at 67 degrees. Anything helps

use 100% holtfreters solution in the water (can be used in the tank but might be better with her tubbed), this should help reduce some of the swelling although A.R.S. (amphibian ringers solution, similar to holtfreters but levels are higher) might be required, ideally she needs to be seen by a vet so that it can be ascertained whether the edema is osmotic or due to organ failure.
