Please help i'm worried sick.

my spunky is really sick.
He is extremely skinny. i mean EXTREMELY!!
i'm so scared i don't want to lose my spunk.
I feed him bloodworms, but lately he hasn't been eating too much.
He keeps bending in all sorts of weird ways, and his head things are forward.
This has never happened before.
i love him so much and i don't want him to die.
any suggestions?

Try a varied diet, i normally give mine worms when i can get them, aswell as beef, lamb etc. If im low on food, i also feed frozen shrips and stuff. A varied diet may entice him to eat, and (im no expert) but if hes only getting bloodworms he may not be getting all the nutrients he needs. May account for his odd behaviour. Whats the water parameters?
