Long story short I told my family I need to upgrade my tank from a 29 gal to a 40 breeder and please their little hearts they found a 50% off sale a pet store and now I have sitting in the garage a 75 gallon monster. I have a Colbat EXT canister rated for 50 gallons with a internal pump at 250gph and a Hydrofarm 1/10hp chiller rated for 50 gallons with a 345gph pump. I asked Colbalt if I could use a larger pump on the model and the reply was they are currently working on a larger model. Whether that means pump or both I do not know. Can I plump the chiller inline to the filter back to the tank to get some better filtration? I am also planning on using a large sponge filter to help. Any help would be nice, I don't have the money to upgrade my chiller and canister.
