This is Versace, I'm unsure what is going on with his face, I have seperate him from the other axolotl and I have. Been using and algae liquid to remove any in the tank... he isn't interested in food..

First of all, remove Versace from the tank and put in a container/ tub with fresh dechlorinated water.
Could you list the ingredients for the algae remover please? Generally we advise against using chemicals such as this to an axolotl tank as they are very sensitive.
Could you maybe add a photo of the whole tank, I ask as it has been known for axolotl to accidentally eat things that they shouldn't. Finally ( for now), what do you normally feed him?

Thankss for the advice! Algae cleaner has 3G/L simazine... also feed him heart and prawn protein cubes and the occasional worm to. Keep him entertained! He started getting the green on face before I used to. Algae cleaner!

Ok, I suspect that the algae cleaner may well be causing the current symptoms. Remove your axolotl from their tank and I would do daily. possibly twice daily dechlorinated water changes. You may need to take your axolotl to a vet for consultation. If possible, could you add a few more photo's of your lovely axolotl.

I have him booked in for Monday it started appearing before I started using it and I think it may of irritated it....

Can't help with the green coloring but they need a change in diet.... the occasional worm should become the main staple. Earthworms are the best things to feed your axolotls

I highly suggest you remove the gravel from the tank as your axie can swallow it and can cause impaction
