When posting in the Advanced Newt & Salamander Topics section:

The post should be relevant to the specific sub-forum and be of an advanced nature.

Thread titles should contain the full scientific name of the animal e.g., Ambystoma maculatum, not A. maculatum or common name (spotted salamander).

General help questions and beginner questions about newts and salamanders should not be posted here but rather in the ‘Newt and Salamander Help’ forum.

Replies should be relevant and contribute something to the original purpose of the thread.
