Hey all, I just got my girl Tia back in January and all was going great until about a week and a half ago when she all of a sudden refused to eat. I've tried feeding her pellets, worms, superworms, bloodworms, and raw chicken breast, but she won't eat any of it. Her tank water is fine, no nitrites, good ph, good temp. She's my first and only one so I'm very new to all of this and any help would be greatly appreciated.

she looks pretty thin, and her gills indicate a water quality issue. what are her specific parameters? i doubt they're in good shape considering all the food pellets in the second and third pictures. also, has her eye always been like that? may be another issue.

Yes, she (he ?) is sick.
Beside water parameters as said axolotl nerd, I noticed you have plastic fake plants.
No live aquatic plants in your tank ?
Live plants like Egeria, Ceratophyllum... would help improving water quality for the welfare of your axolotl.

to fully understand and to be able to help we need as much information as possible, this includes the full water parameters ie.. ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, ph, temperature, kh and gh if possible, how often was he/she fed until he/she stopped, how often and how much is the water changed? what chemicals are used ie.. water treatment, dechlorinators etc.., what if any salts/minerals used? is he/she active ie.. during day/night?
looking at photo's there is reduction in gill stems and filaments showing possible water issues, check ammonia and oxygen levels.
lack of colour shows possible anaemia, check gh and oxygen levels.
damage to rear right foot, monitor for correct regrowth.
left and right eyes not uniform, a clearer frontal photo would help.
make sure water levels are tested with a liquid test rather than stick test to get as accurate results as possible.

This looks more like a weeklong issue of not eating. This looks like she's had something or something's been going on for a while.
