My axolotl had eggs on march 31st. Today i was changing some of the water from the tub i have the eggs in and noticed what looked like an empty egg sack but didnt think anything of it at the time. A few minutes later as i was finishing up i noticed a little baby swimming around. It does look a little underdeveloped but it is still active and moving around so i hope it will make it, i am setting up my brine shrimp hatchery tomorrow so it will have food.

I'm not trying to be negative, but I wouldn't think it's going to make it. From my experience with raising baby axolotls, there's definitely going to be some that won't make it especially if they're first time parents.

How did the baby do? How are the rest of the clutch?
