Hey. I was wondering if it was ok to mix Spotted Salamanders with bullfrog tadpoles, and possibly green anole.
 
No. None of these species are compatible with the others, for a number of reasons. This includes predation, habitat, and temperature requirements.
 
I agree very different species come from very different climates, most of them would end up dead if you tried to keep them together.
