Hello! I have a question to make which might be silly...It is known that animals (as humans) must not mate if they are siblings. How do we know-when whe buy 2-3 newts from a pet shop and they mate-that they aren't brothers and sisters? Thanks for any response!

This would happen even in the wild. It's pretty common in the practice to cross-breed siblings, or even offspring to parents, to try to enhance certain traits. It's not a problem.
