Do you know what's the geographic range of this subspecies? Is it an isolated population in Spain?

Rana temporaria parvipalmata lives in the Cantabrian Mountain Range , between Galicia and Cantabria provinces , and Rana temporaria temporaria in País Vasco and Pirineos :
