Rearing baby Axies???

My Axies have laid eggs,
Before separating them I want to know about breeding? What's involved, how long are the processes?
I have a tank ready for introducing juveniles but I've been put off due to lack of knowledge.
I'm not interested in breeding to sell, just more of a hobby.
Any advice appreciated
