Recomendations for epoxy and expanding foam?

Need to product recomadations safe for newts and sals, and epoxy and an expanding foam, need brands and any special precautions for it. thanks

I don´t kno about brands since you live in the usa and it´s completely different...but i can say, use the foam in a ventilated area, and wait. Wait at least 24 hours before you touch it or modelate it with a razor...if you don´t the inside will be fresh and you´ll mess it all up. Oh and spray a bit of water before putting the foam, it helps to spand.
I haven´t used epoxy, but a friend of mine did and didn´t get good results...too complicated. But you may have luck with it.

I think the expanding foam is the same stuff, regardless of brand name. I don't know anything about epoxy, but aquarium silicone sealant is a safe product that can be mixed with sand or peat for a natural looking effect.

I just need to coat some wood so its like nice and waterproofed. And I know I dont have to coat the wood butm regardless of my reason, I wanna know a safe brand.

The foam is called "great stuff" for sealing doors and windows. I use several different epoxies in my line of work but none are food grade. Also, if the wood is completely sealed it would probably want to float from all the air trapped inside.

Try to get in contact with some of the producers of epoxy. I did that too and they helped me very well. But that's here...good luck!

i mean this in the nicest way possible but does anyone in america have some brands? cause I see theres in pictures but it looks like all in aanother language. Not trying to be mean!

same happened to me i just went to the sotre and read all teh info in many brands and finally this brand where the best, suggest you to go to home depot and ask. about the tempera any brand its ok, theyre all non toxic.

How can you use expanding foam with amphibians, referring to the warning on the can? Does it become non-toxic after it sets up?

it is safe to useit after its totally dry, and all the vapors came fo the tank, so after you use it leav'it in and open area to dry and to let the vapors come off, then its totally safe to use it.

would this also be safe in water? if it is then it could make some amazing scenery in my axie tank
