So it seems that my two year old axie is never fully well. The water parameters in the tank are good, and I have no flowing water (i placed a decorative tree in front of the filter).
He's eating and is pretty active, but he always gets white fungus on his gills. I catch it pretty early and treat with Melafix and Pimafix, but it comes back after he seems healthy again.
What are the most likely causes for the recurring fungal infection and how can i prevent them from coming back?
His tank is also kept around 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
