Red spot on axolotl

Please help! I just got a new axolotl and he has a large red spot on his left side. I’ve tried looking up what it is but I can’t seem to find what it is. Can anyone tell me what the red spot is and if I need to fix it how I do it.

that looks like it's stomach. baby axolotls skin is transparent.

Ok good I got worried for a bit thinking it was a disease or something. I also gave him blood worms so that most likely the red color.
